I would question your doctor about the "no physical activity" part, but yes, it is important to avoid tampons, sex, and I would imagine swimming too. You will have an open wound in there that is pretty deep (if you are having a cone biopsy) and it could very easily get infected if you introduce any foreign substances too early. Good luck!
