Thank you for the advice
krissykjw03-22-2003, 02:19 AMAnn, Leisa and Cheryl, Thank you for the encouraging words, prayer and the web address. ****** was very helpful. My aunt has good days and bad. Today was a good one. She will be going over to assisted living on Monday and hospice will be there with us to help out. Our hospice nurse doesn't think my aunt is doing so well. I think my aunt is going to surprise them beacause of her strength. She is a fiesty southern woman. The hospital was going to transfer her to a convelesent home but when I went to check it out, the admissions coordinator said there were 40 patients to 1 nurse....I refused to let them take her. Later in the day, had my sis check the place out and found out it hadn't been inspected for over 13months and on last inspection, it had 27 difficiencies. So we had to take another route. I moved most of her things into assisted living home and it looks great! I hope she feels comfortable with all her things around her. It's late for me but I wanted to let you know how things are going and thank you all for the support! It really helps. She does indeed sound very feisty, and I hope this gives others on the message board some encouragement. Please keep us informed on how she is doing, God Bless, Ann.Dan&cheryl03-24-2003, 12:14 AMBelated birthdy wishes from me also, and give her an extra hug... Cheryl
